Denis Kelleher BCL(NUI), BL is a practising barrister specialising in information technology law and commercial law. He is the co-author Information Technology Law in the European Union, published by (Sweet & Maxwell: London) November 1999 and Information Technology law in Ireland published by (Butterworths: Dublin) 1997.
 
He authored the FORFAS Report on Legislating for Competitive Advantage in e-Business and ICT's in October 2002.
